Changes: August

Here you'll find a list of fixes that were made in August. Some of the fixes below have been known for some time, some have come into effect with the last restart of the realm. This list will be updated as additional fixes are applied.

 

Changes:

 

 

July 20 - August 27

 

 

General:

 

  • Fix incorrect message while trying to accept already completed quest
  • Implemented announces about defeating hadcore characters
  • Fixed few reasons caused the server to crash

 

PvP:

 

  • Fixed an issue due to which "Echoes of Battle" (Custom xFun PvP Currency) was not awarded to player when completing PvP Quests

  • Battlegrounds:

    • Fixed an issue with displaying resources on battlegrounds in some client languages

 

Instances & Raids:

 

  • Group assistants will no longer have the permission to kick players from a raid group which has selected the "everyone has assistant" option
  • Attempt to fix an issue due to which pathway leading to last boss in Blackrock Depths sometimes remains closed after players have completed all the required objectives
  • Put Baradin Hold (10H/25H), Zul'Aman (N), Zul'Gurub (H), Dragon Soul: LFR in disables table, rather than showing a "you must be level 99 to enter" error message to player
  • Show error message 'This dungeon or raid is not available on the selected difficulty.' when attempting to enter on non-supported instance difficulty
  • The content that has not been released or is disabled will no longer show up in LFG. Scenario & LFR Frames will remain disabled until max level since there is no content between 85-90 there

  • Reviewed All Instance Access Requirements:

    • Display Message "Instance is not available yet" instead of "you have already completed this instance" when player mouseovers on LFG content that's not available during a given patch

    • Validate if LFG instance is available during a given patch instead of validating if player has achievement first, so player sees the main reason why instance is not available

    • Fixed a lot of cases where instances had wrong minimal level requirement to enter. Also added the requirements where it was absent

    • Fixed minimal item level requirements to access some Pandaria instances

    • Removed quest entry requirements from some WotLK Dungeons

    • Corrected incorrect achievement requirements to access some instances

    • Removed achievement & quest requirements to enter legacy instances. Error message when attempting to enter these instances has also been updated

  • Worldbosses:
    • Players without Legendary Cloak are now also eligible to receive loot from Ордос (change only takes effect when realm is in final content patch)
    • Fixed an issue due to which players standing outside Celestial Court did not receive loot when one of the bosses was defeated
    • Timeless Isle Celestial Court is now a Sanctuary
    • Fixed an issue due to which Celestial World Boss immediately despawned upon defeat without playing the outro event
    • Added a Graveyard & Spirit Healer Closer to Ordos Encounter Area
    • Added a Spirit Healer in one of the Celestial Court graveyards (the other one already has it)
    • Added a Graveyard & Spirit Healer Closer to Salyis's Warband (Galleon) Encounter Area
  • WotLK
    • Raids
      • Naxxramas :
        • Implemented Portal network between the Center of Lower Necropolis and each of the wings - Arachid, Plague, Military, Construct. Portal at the end of the wing becomes active on final boss is defeated. Plates back in center of the Lower Necropolis will light up indicating which raid wings have been cleared
        • Reworked Portal Network between Lower & Upper Necropolis (was a one direction areatrigger teleport). Now it's an orb located in both locations, orb is usable even without clearing all the bosses in Lower Necropolis
